Day #2 of Insanity! 8/29/12I did pretty well today, just went way over on the carbs! I was much hungrier than normal from doing Insanity in the morning.

Intake 8/21/12Exercise: 1 hour spin class**Only downside is that I went a little overboard with the carbs. Gotta cut back tomorrow!! That rice was definitely not needed..

*Decided to treat myself today to some homemade peanut butter m&amp;m cookies that my mom made! I was low on calories for the day and I&#8217;ve been so good this week so I indulged a bit. No regrets! 
Exercise-Core Class at the gym (30 minutes)Spinning Class (30 minutes)Rebound basketballs for my sister (30 minutes)
