Day 4 of 30 Day Shred
Day 5 of Healthy Eating
Exercise-
In the morning I did the 30 Day Shred (30 minutes)
In the evening I did a Core (Ab) Class (30 minutes) and a Spinning Class (1 hour)
*Pretty happy with how I did today except for the fact that I waited to eat dinner too late due to my going to the gym too late. I totally scarfed down that taco haha. Also I reaaalllyyyy need to eat more fruits and veggies.
