Intake 7/25/12
Not happy with today at all! I did great until the afternoon when I just HAD TO HAVE some banana bread! It was good I’m not gonna lie…but I definitely didn’t need to eat as much as I did. Oh and I didn’t actually eat 6 slices. That’s just an estimate because it actually wasn’t in slices it was in little squares.
After I ate that I just felt like I ruined the rest of the day. :( Wahhh why is it so hard to resist temptation! 
Dinner definitely wasn’t great either. I could’ve gone without the bread but oh well! We live and we learn :) Exercise-C25K W1D2 (30 minutes)Stairmaster (5 minutes)
